At Sunlit Soaps, every bar of soap is handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Because our products are personal care items and are made in limited quantities, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, your satisfaction truly matters to us.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We are committed to making it right and will gladly review your concern on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
